The copy I received was defective. At least I think so. The songs inside were not the songs on the cover or in the Table of Contents. Although it was supposed to be a collection of Christmas piano solos, only about 3 songs were Christmas songs. I returned the book.
The book I received had a weird misprint where there were some of the Christmas songs in it, but in the middle it had various other songs like Yellow Submarine and songs from musicals like Oklahoma. There were only 5 of the 10 Christmas songs listed actually in the book. I returned the book and received another one with the same problem. They need to go through the inventory and remove the dysfunctional books. Be leary buying this book. It is likely to have the same issue.
Lots of good music for learning Christmas music
My piano students loved the book and played quite well with the carols/songs included.
I also received this book that had errors in the content of songs we also were missing half the Christmas songs that should have been in it instead were yellow submarine, the King and I, etc...Clearly there is a large error when assembling these books. Reordering, I hope I get a complete book this time!
This product was exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend this product. Was exactly what I expected. Love John Thompson Method and this series enhances it.
