#264,979 Paid in Kindle Store (See Top 100 Paid in Kindle Store)

I'm enjoying reading the book when I get time to settle in and do so. Packed with info but very redundant in a few places. I'd prefer when they discuss vitamins and minerals for each one to be discussed thoroughly instead of having to read about them in multiple places in the book multiple times. I like to read and move to the next important topic. I don't need "filler" info in expository readings or for it to be broken up to maintain my understanding.Along with Vits/minerals, healthy diet, herbs, it gives exercises (pics would be great here) and short stories. Additionally, spiritual and emotional strategies are provided. This book is pretty detailed, which I enjoy. It is a wonderful hollistic type of Women's Healthy Body Bible.I'm using all in the picture to help. I've cleaned my diet up mostly pretty well even before the book. The Vitamins & Minerals chart goes hand in hand with what the book expresses. The "Fibro Defense" Pills have the Mushrooms and more as the book expresses is great for helping to build a healthy uterus. Cramp Bark and more mentioned in the book are in the "Dherbs Tea". All of this is costs about, less than really, what the natural path products I purchased from natra-pathic physicians cost. It's also healthier for my body than the non-homeopathic medications I was prescribed that didn't help or helped (painfully) only temporarily and were quite expensive.

This book helped me so much. It is very hard to get solid information on dealing with this issue, however I was concerned the information may be old and outdated. I was wrong. All of this information is invaluable to correcting a hormone imbalance and allowing your body to heal itself instead of surgery. Praise God for these wonderful doctors who shared this information because it allowed me to heal myself and not undergo a hysterectomy.

Useful information that your doctor will surely never give you. No follow-up ultrasound yet for my fibroid but the pain I've had for years in my lower left abdomen is gone after a few months of not eating meat and drastically cutting back dairy.

Found a lot of useful information. I use to have heavy periods but by reading the book. I found you can take Red Raspberry supplements and it helps tremendously!

Honestly I didn’t think this was a very good book at all. Nothing in this book was very informative. My advice ... lose weight. Lose weight by eating vegetables and fruits (preferably vegetables). What I did was buy tons of organic frozen vegetables. I put 10 or so frozen bags of vegetables in the freezer at work. And bought the garlic sauce and teriyaki sauce aminos and placed them in the fridge. For lunch I have a microwaved bag of veggies with one of these sauces, I also combine with minced garlic & ginger (which is also in the fridge). I also take black seed oil in juice, black mission figs (for its minerals/blackstrap molasses another great option but difficult to take yuck), dandelion root (I probably take over 4g/day helps liver), burdock root (over 4g for iron... iron is very important for this problem), 10,000units d3, 5,000 mcg b12, b complex vitamin 1g, add spirulina/chlorophyll/chlorella/wheatgrass/cilantro/parsley to the mix and you’re good (take the recommended daily dose for each daily). I’d recommend a bottle of dr sebi’s Iron plus A DAY Ideally although most people won’t be able to afford it unless they buy it from figtreebio.com for a 24 pack of Maya ($349) which is a combo of sebi’s Bioferro and iron plus. Like I said a bottle a day which is at the end of the day a whole lot of iron-centric herbs in their most potent form (I read this nowhere I know b/ I know what the product does and I study minerals and what’s happening to our bodies en masse with a whole bunch of chronic diseases and ironically the solution for all is pretty much the same and interestingly enough fibroids is one of the most challenging ailments, it’s easier to rid blood borne pathogens than it is to eliminate fibroids if you can believe it). Fulvic/humic acid also are important you need to move your bowels to get rid of the excess estrogen. It’s locked up in your bowels. Simultaneously please know it takes time to reduce/eliminate fibroids. It takes years for these things to grow, so this is a commitment that requires literally a life style change. If you can’t change the way you eat permanently where most of what you eat are fruits and mostly vegetables and you can’t come off dairy, pizzas ice cream bread and grains and starches then get your myomectomy b/ you won’t successfully reduce them and they will grow back. Castor oil packs also work. It gets your lymph moving. I’m really bad about castor oil packs but they cause an enormous bowel movement and they do dissolve fibroids slowly but surely esp coupled with everything else. People will talk about nattokinase and Serrapeptase I honestly didn’t see much with these 2 enzymes. Changing your eating habits are way more important. Eliminate grains eliminate starches. I’m on the fence about animal meat. I’d say stick with wild salmon or wild cod. I still eat animal meat but at most 1-2x’s/week and sometimes not at all. It’s taken me about 2-3yrs to get here though. The more raw and uncooked vegetables you can eat, the better but cooked won’t hurt either. Diamataceous earth (take 3x a day) and MSM are good too. Essentially the sign of healing is getting your bowels moving and losing weight. This is a lymph problem. Also buying a trampoline is good, don’t completely jump on it BOUNCE while you watch tv. Move the lymph. Tumors esp benign ones are a sign of stagnant lymph. If I were to list the most important thing to take out of all the things I’d say IRON not just any iron though, iron from the earth/plants NOT ROCKs (unnatural/synthetic supplements) get dr sebi’s iron plus and drink 1 entire bottle a day. To seal the deal take a really good humid/fulvic acid combo and eat vegetables. Give yourself a year and then get a scan. It might not be completely gone depending on the size but it will definitely be reduced. It could take years to completely eliminate. Like I said it took you years to acquire it’s could take years to dissolve it. If you eat animal protein you really need to minimize/eliminate it if you eat get pasture raised meat, meaning go to a local farm all the organic chicken in the store is for the most part grain fed chicken make sure all meat is pasture/GRASS raised

My fibroid diagnosis sent me into a frenzy. This book helped me understand alternatives and underlying causes, real root causes, so that I could make informed decisions about treatment, general diet and a health plan moving forward. I encourage anyone feeling apprehensive about this common condition, but not so common to oneself, to give it a read.

It's not a bad book. There's certainly a lot of helpful info in it but the fact that he suggests soy and soy products is a major FAIL. Granted, I know this book is way old at this point and we have learned a lot since then. But I would strongly urge all women to double-check their facts with what we've learned in recent years. Soy was the worst for me. I have a friend who went on a soy binge and suddenly grew an ovarian cyst so badly that it burst. There's a lot out on there on how soy is actually detrimental. Again, do your research!
